Summary/Objective:

Oversee day to day operation of the assigned business.

Essential Functions (Job Duties):

• Develop short- and long-term production goals.
• Establish efficient workflow.
• Ensure quality control of production and safety of workspace and equipment.
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain working relationship with suppliers and other wholesalers.
• Ensure completion of paperwork as required by all regulatory agencies.
• Maintain adequate supply of supplies and items for sale and monitor inventory. Requisition as needed, within budgetary restraints.
• Ensure adequacy of staff to meet production needs, within budgetary restraints.
• Complete billing in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or related field or two years of experience running a commercial business preferred.
