Payroll Manager

• Location: Cape Town
• Salary: R20 000 to R40 000 per month ​

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
• Manage payroll systems and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for seamless operations.
• Handle audits and resolve payroll discrepancies.​

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of South African tax and labor laws.
