Key Responsibilities

• Lead the bank verification process for our suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal controls and due diligence standards.
• Be responsible for the Chart of Accounts (CoA) reconciliation process, including regular reviews, follow-up actions, and issue resolution to ensure data integrity.
• Be responsible for managing SmartView requests, maintaining the Airtable tracker, and implementing approved changes.
• Assist in the preparation and quality control of financial statements and disclosures.
• Collaborate on financial reporting and documentation tasks within the Workiva platform.
• Support the ESG data collection and validation process in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute ad hoc financial tasks across Financial Reporting, Controls, and Operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and client-side contacts to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, or reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Familiarity with financial statement preparation under US GAAP.
• Experience with Workiva is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Experience with project management methodologies or certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Confidence in stakeholder communication and delivering results under time pressure.
