Quality Assurance Engineer - Bellville, Cape Town - R50,000 R65,000/month

A dynamic opportunity exists for a QA Engineer to join a leading manufacturing and engineering team, ensuring the highest product performance and process integrity across all operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong technical and analytical background who thrives in a precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA)
  and technical testing to identify product risks and improvement areas.
• Perform root cause analyses on product non-conformances and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
• Oversee supplier quality management and ensure compliance through audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Interpret and report on product performance data, warranty claims, and optimization findings.
• Drive continuous improvement in product design, testing, and process control.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Matric with Mathematics
• Tertiary Education: BEng and/or Industrial Engineering
• Experience: 1020 years in a relevant engineering role
• Language Proficiency: English and Afrikaans
• Reporting Line: Technical Director
• Start Date: 1 February 2026
