Job brief

Our client company is a leading supplier in the packaging, biodegradable materials, and construction fields of renewable products, listed as a public company. They are dedicated to developing products and technologies based on renewable materials. The company operates globally, with research and development, production, and sales teams distributed worldwide. Through ongoing research and development efforts, they continuously introduce environmentally friendly alternatives to chemical packaging materials, contributing to energy conservation and sustainable development.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to client companies to confirm and follow up on product quality issues, implement quality standards, collect defective data and samples for analysis.
• Address quality issues of company products found in client production workshops, organize rework activities for defective goods when necessary.
• Monitor the quality performance of the company's materials used in client production processes, establish a reporting system including quality data records and reports.
• Actively participate in client quality improvement meetings or activities. Proactively improve quality, maintain customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an electronics factory, experience stationed at the plant is preferred.
• Familiar with the production process of electronic products, quality control in the production process, and application of quality knowledge and tools to solve work-related issues.
• Proficient in office software operation including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data statistical analysis skills.
• Good language expression, communication, and coordination skills, proficient in Chinese and either Vietnamese or English.
