KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Secure Project launches performance from quality and cost perspective

  • Ensure the achievement of Project objectives in terms of manufacturing: lean principles, process standards, quality & cost
  • Ensure manufacturing/production quality objectives respect 
  • Run and rate and FDPR planning and realization within quality objectives for assembly and upstream components.
  • Manage the acceptance of local component parts
  • Manage the process validation by customer
  • Manage PPAP file delivery, acceptance and parts deliveries on time to customer. Follow all modifications requested
  • Validate capacity availability and investments in production site, is accountable for ramp-up phases deliveries 
  • Follow-up non quality costs and quality improvement plans
  • Secure Project resources and control them
  • Check and validate Project Team Members activities and proposes scenario to achieve milestones 


Manage operationally Project launches

  • Budget management
  • Report progress development progress 
  • Lead roadmap for key projects how to meet targets 
  • Prepare new launches 

Coordinate communication towards customer locally

  • Play the interface role between the Project development team located in Development Center and the customer  
  • Take part from customer complaint handling process and customer specific improvement projects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive industry project management or industrialization
  • Experience with new product launches (NPI / SOP) in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards and core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
