Purpose
Context
The Team Lead will take ownership of the design, implementation, and governance of SaaS, Microsoft 365 and End User Compute. This role involves managing a dynamic team, driving adoption of best practices, and defining policies that guide the use of these technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to enhance user experience, optimize workflows, and ensure the secure and efficient use of tools.

The role is the subject matter expert in the data & platforms team.
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals managing SaaS, Microsoft 365 and EUC.
· Set clear goals, provide guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
· Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and End User Compute.
· Drive the adoption and integration of automation to streamline IT operations and enhance user productivity.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the current technology stack.
· Define and enforce policies for the usage, security, and governance of Microsoft 365.
· Define onboarding processes and consumption policies for SaaS services in the company.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
· Establish and maintain access controls, data retention policies, and incident response procedures.
· Develop strategies to improve the user experience, including training programs and self-service capabilities.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on policies and projects.
· Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the technologies and policies.
· Provide regular updates to senior leadership on technology usage, performance, and strategic recommendations.

E. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Minimum Entry Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience supporting and operating enterprise collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365.
· Experience in defining and implementing IT policies and governance frameworks.
· Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
· Expertise in End User Compute management, including device provisioning, desktop virtualization, and endpoint security.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar discipline.
· Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving technology initiatives.
