Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Regional Group Manager to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester.

The Senior Vice President, Regional Group Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the EMEA & APAC Wealth Services Operations Cash Management, Client Cash and Investor Reporting teams. This position is integral to ensuring efficient and secure management of cash flows and provision of investor reporting to EMEA & APAC clients.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead Cash Management & Client Cash Operations - Lead the cash management & client cash teams by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing and ensuring efficient and accurate cash flow management
  • Risk Management and Compliance - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with cash management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and BNY internal policies
  • Process Optimisation - Identify opportunities to re-engineer and streamline processes, driving improvements through innovative solutions and technology enhancements, partnering closely with Product & Engineering.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management - Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their cash management, client cash and investor reporting needs proactively
  • Team Leadership & Development – Mentor, guide and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and adherence to BNY principles
  • Strategic Planning - Collaborate with senior leadership to align cash management, client cash and investor reporting strategies with BNY’s organizational objectives and strategic pillars

  • Proven leadership in financial services operations, with experience in cash management and wealth services/management a plus.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into measurable improvements.

  • Comfort with digital tools, data analytics, and AI to spark progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered. Advanced degree or professional certifications welcomed.
  • Significant experience within financial services/wealth operations.
  • Proven delivery of process improvements, including the use of AI and digital tools.
