Climate Control Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
$19–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Climate Control is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company. In this role, you are often the first impression our customers have — setting the tone for an exceptional service experience.

What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional, friendly manner
Conduct happy calls to recent customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and reinforce our commitment to great service.
Make outbound calls to follow up on open estimates, maintenance reminders, membership renewals, and other customer outreach initiatives.
Schedule service calls and appointments efficiently
Resolve customer concerns or escalate appropriately
Deliver a high-level customer experience on every interaction
Customer Interaction & Lead Qualification
Speak with customers to understand their HVAC needs
Qualify sales leads for Home Solutions Advisors
Coordinate consultations based on availability and urgency
Help homeowners feel confident and informed about their next steps
Coordination & Organization
Maintain accurate customer records and service details
Support daily office operations and scheduling flow
Collaborate with technicians and advisors to ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications

Required Experience
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year working within HVAC or home services
1+ year of professional experience using Microsoft Outlook
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Preferred Experience
Experience using ServiceTitan
Knowledge of the Portland and Vancouver area
