We are seeking a Data Architect to lead the digital data strategy of a leading bank and drive innovative, secure, and scalable solutions for next-gen digital banking. This role is at the heart of shaping the banks data architecture to support strategic projects and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the data architecture strategy for digital banking initiatives.
Design & implement scalable, secure, and efficient data models.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals.
Optimize data storage, retrieval & processing for real-time analytics.
Oversee integration across banking applications & third-party services.
Develop and maintain data documentation, policies & best practices.
Stay ahead with emerging technologies in data architecture & banking.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
8+ years in data architecture, preferably in banking or fintech.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL, and database management.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Familiarity with banking regulatory compliance in data management.
Strong problem-solving & leadership skills.
