We are looking for a HR Intern

Job Title:- HR Intern
Location:- Chennai, India
Work Mode:- Work From Office

Responsibilities

1.Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2.Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of new employees
3.Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing employee questions and concerns, and documenting employee issues
4.Assist with performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee recognition programs
5.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
6.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
7.Help with general HR administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR documents


Requirements

1.Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
2.Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7.Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others

Internship Details:
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 5,000 to 10,000 based on performance
