This role focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships with our SaaS and B2B clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform while driving high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite | 11 PM to 8 AM (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B Sales or SaaS
- Proven background in Customer Success, specifically managing SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales and client relationship management
