Area Sales Manager, Animal Nutrition – Central Europe F/M Permanent Contract – Full remote from Poland Reporting to our Sales Director , Animal Nutrition , you will oversee the commercial development of our specialty products in animal nutrition via distributors and in B2B in Central Europe. Supported by our technical, marketing, logistics and quality teams, your main missions will be : · To be the face to the market representing our company and products in your area (Poland included); · To review and update our market approach if needed; · To create action plans; · To promote and develop the sales of our added value and cost effective products; · To support and train distributors; · To develop B2B partnerships; · To identify new targeted stakeholders; · To guarantee customers’ satisfaction; · To insure the reporting of your commercial activity (CRM). A support from the Sales Director, Animal Nutrition and an extensive onboarding will ensure you a fast adaptation.
