What You’ll Achieve
Your responsibilities in the first 6–12 months:
Our growth depends on a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for future ecoplanet customers, opening the door to genuine transformation for European businesses. Your work directly accelerates our ARR growth and shapes the future of energy management.
What You’ll Achieve
Your responsibilities in the first 6–12 months:
- Be the first point of contact for prospects and create interest around ecoplanet’s offering
- Identify the right opportunities and prequalify companies before inviting them to a demo
- Take ownership in refining sales scripts and templates making sure to guarantee relevant customer conversations
- Ensure top CRM maintenance, data integrity and complete AE handovers
- Relentless drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to handle rejection and turn “no” into “yes”
- Sharp communication skills (German Level C2 required)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change - startups are your thing
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus

- SDR Track: Junior SDR → SDR → Senior SDR
- After: Move into Account Executive (AE) or SDR Lead roles - choose your lane
- Alternatively: Potentially switch into other commercial roles after 4+ quarters as SDR
