Coupa System Administrator
This role will serve as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functional groups, providing comprehensive support for the Coupa e-procurement application. The SME must offer exceptional guidance in application support, process governance, and general application activities. The SME will be expected to influence or establish policies for both Finance/AP and Global Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Coupa system maintenance, including three annual upgrades that may impact both processes and policies.
- Coupa Application Administration:
- Create and build reports.
- Maintain and update Master Data taxonomy.
- Perform data analysis.
- Create queries.
- Approve roles and user levels.
- Collaborate with IT to manage integration/error log reviews.
- Utilize reporting to drive system adoption and maximize value creation for Global Sourcing and efficiency for Finance/AP.
- Ensure users possess and maintain the skills to effectively utilize Coupa.
- Research, compile, and assemble data to assist users in preparing various reports.
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements for application usage.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Global Sourcing to provide Coupa application support, identify training needs, and drive functionality and business process improvements.
- Advocate for the expanded use of Coupa company-wide.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the overall purchase-to-pay process.
- Lead liaison between 3rd party software, Suppliers and Sylvamo
- Develop training and orientation programs for advanced Coupa system functions and issues.
- Coordinate assistance calls with Coupa across various departments and manage Coupa release upgrades, special projects, and conversions.
- Handle conversion and special project work as assigned. § Assist with Internal and external performance benchmarking
- Collaborate with the supplier enablement led to monitor supplier onboarding.
