Emplify Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Application Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise workforce management systems.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) applications operate efficiently while partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support.
Monitors applications and Troubleshoot applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
Applies knowledge of best practices and how timekeeping and scheduling processes integrate with payroll, HR, and other operational workflows. Assists with moderate to complex business process design, reengineering, and documentation for new or enhanced functionality.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. A mentor to other colleagues.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate risk and/or complexity.
Assists others in solving complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service with large scale objectives; work is guided by functional policies.
Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
Use awareness of department and system initiatives and drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
What's Available:
Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
Monday-Friday core business hours
Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives
Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.
An Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience
Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos
Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping processes
Experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis
Knowledge of SQL, interfaces, or integrations preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex initiatives
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
