TITLE: National Account Executive

REPORTS TO: VP Sales

STATUS: Salaried

LOCATION: Remote

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

PAY: $70,000 - $115,000/yr

JOB SUMMARY: As a key member of our National Sales team, you will drive strategic revenue growth across a designated US territory, with primary focus on cultivating and expanding relationships within the Top 150 Lenders market. This role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, and market development to achieve ambitious growth targets while positioning our company as the preferred partner for leading financial institutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities within assigned territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Create customized presentation materials and deliver persuasive boardroom presentations to C-Level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and professional associations to expand network and identify new business opportunities
  • Assist with management of top client relationships within the territory
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or related industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for non-technical audiences
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with willingness to support collective goals and share knowledge
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with natural ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in creating and delivering compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client relationships and business development activities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or mortgage industry
  • Experience selling to large financial institutions or enterprise-level clients
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

REMOTE WORK REQUIRMENTS:

  • Stable, high-speed internet connection
  • Experience with teleconferencing
  • Access to a quiet/secure workspace
  • Smartphone/mobile device

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the person in this position will be required to frequently communicate information so others will understand. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. The person in this position may need to occasionally move about the inside of an office. The person in this position may need to position self to maintain files in a cabinet and place computers under a desk or in a cabinet. This position requires ability to constantly observe typewritten text on a computer screen. The person in this role is required to operate a laptop and use a telephone regularly. The person in this position may be required to travel throughout the USA by automobile or airplane which may require overnight lodging.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the person in this role may be in a stationary position in an office setting and may be exposed to quiet to moderate noise level.
