We are looking for a Finance Project Manager who will lead critical finance transformation initiatives including aligning with ERP implementation and process standardisation.
As part of our Group PMO, you will lead the finance transformation projects covering ERP (D365), finance operations, and process standardisation (P2P, O2C, R2R, Tax).
You will not only deliver projects — you will drive operational readiness, governance, and sustainable value realisation across entities.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery
· Manage the Finance transformation from initiation to go-live
· Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
Create structure in complexity
· Apply PMO governance and RAID management
· Manage dependencies across systems, entities, and stakeholders
Lead stakeholders and decisions
· Engage Finance, IT, and external vendors
· Facilitate governance and decision-making forums
· Manage external partners ensuring end-to-end alignment
· Align with Digital transformation and ERP implementation
· Align with Operations and Commercial stakeholders
Enable change
· Lead change, communication, and training
· Ensure adoption and operational readiness

What you bring
Experience· 5–7+ years project management experience
· Experience in finance transformations and familiar with ERP (D365) implementations
· Experience in international organisations
