As a Business Analysis - Senior Associate, you will focus on analyzing and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business performance improvement
- Managing stakeholder engagement to effectively communicate findings and drive decision-making processes
- Utilizing business analysis and data analytics skills to support IT project lifecycle and product management initiatives
- Developing product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies to align with evolving client needs
- Collaborating with technology consulting teams to innovate and deliver software solutions that meet client requirements
- Building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to anticipate team and client needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards while adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Leveraging a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems within business analysis projects
- Reflecting on personal strengths and development areas to enhance skills and address growth opportunities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum framework, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, product testing, release support, and post-launch support.
- Experience working with Product managers, UX/UI designers, software engineers, QA teams, data teams, AI engineers, and architects to clarify requirements and support delivery.
- Knowledge of modern AI / Gen AI tools and concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, chatbots, RAG-based knowledge systems, human-in-the-loop review, model accuracy, bias, and explainability.
- Experience using AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, user story creation, test scenario definition, research, summarization and productivity improvement.
- Utilizing business analysis and data analytics skills to inform strategic decisions
- Managing IT project lifecycle with a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Developing product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies
- Navigating complex client relationships within technology consulting environments
- Interpreting data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
