Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service Representative with an interest in a science or environmental-related field. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, supporting inquiries related to scientific, environmental, or technical products and services. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a foundational understanding of scientific or environmental concepts and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
