About the Role
We are looking for an experienced **Network Engineer** to join our Global Network Team in **Le Trait, France**. In this role, you will support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across global sites, with a primary focus on the EMEA region. You will collaborate with international teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain global network infrastructure and services.
* Design and implement network solutions for regional sites.
* Manage network upgrades, patching, and change activities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and performance issues.
* Maintain network documentation, reports, and technical guides.
* Support SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, and VOIP environments.
* Manage Riverbed WAN optimization appliances.
* Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to team members.
* Participate in an on-call support rotation.
* Collaborate with global teams on network projects and improvements.

Requirements
Must Have
* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of enterprise network support experience.
* Experience supporting large-scale heterogeneous network environments.
* Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
* Knowledge of ITIL or structured IT service management practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Nice to Have
* Cisco CCNA (or higher certification).
* Experience with energy sector environments.
* Strong focus on network security, standardization, and optimization.
* Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
