The most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam: Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) and there are more than 20 entities under our group and the budget control and preparation are more and more important. In order to enhance budget work, we are looking for a Budget Accountant Vice team leader/specialist, who will:

• As a coordinator, review the budget structure and prepare budget plan for current year.
• Supporting other departments if they have any questions about preparing budget.
• Reviewing the budget prepared by each department and prepare Group console budget.
• Review the budget monthly and prepare the analysis report quarterly.
• Supporting daily work of accounting team.
• Ad-hoc task assigned by managers.

Other information:

• Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
• Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC

Requirement:

• Accounting / Finance bachelor's degree with 4 - 7 years of experience in manage budget review, analysis and coordinator
• Experience of working in construction industry or real estate is preferred
• High level of proficiency with MO (Excel), plus financial systems
• Detail-oriented & Meticulous
• Good communication & teamwork
• Advance English skill to report Taiwanese Managers
