The Accounting Manager at Test Account will play a critical role in financial planning and decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This key position will oversee all aspects of finance including budgeting, financial statements, internal control processes, and risk management. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and performance reports.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and practices.
• Forecast revenues and expenses and provide financial advice to senior management to aid strategic planning and decision making.
• Coordinate annual audits and implement any recommended changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by maintaining a thorough knowledge of current regulations.
• Coordinate with external accountants for income tax preparation and other relevant activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. A Master’s degree in a related discipline or a certified professional qualification such as CPA or CMA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial position.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and related regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
• Excellent skills in managing and negotiating business finances.
• Outstanding analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to a non-financial audience.
