Description
We are seeking Fluent French-speaking Customer Service Experts to join our team in Greece. This is a remote position within Greece and relocation support provided with no visa sponsorship, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide clear and professional support to French-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines
- Cooperate closely with internal teams when needed
Requirements
- Fluent French (C1+)
- Good command of English (for internal communication)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- EU Passport holder or currently residing in Greece
- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
