Description
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (all) to join our Marketing team. You will own our paid acquisition strategy on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads — driving qualified leads from dental professionals with data-driven precision.
Location: Hybrid (Luxembourg)
Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns targeting dental practices — from brand awareness to direct conversion.
Google Ads: Manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns; own keyword strategy, bidding, and ad copy to maximize qualified traffic.
Drive Pipeline Growth: Work with Sales to align campaign targeting with our ICP and ensure a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
Analyze & Optimize: Track performance rigorously (CAC, ROAS, MQL quality, conversion rates) and iterate quickly — with weekly insights and monthly reports for leadership.
Landing Pages & Funnels: Collaborate with Design to A/B test landing pages and ad creatives that convert.
Attribution & Reporting: Own attribution tracking via HubSpot and GA4; ensure marketing impact on pipeline is visible and measurable.
Test & Scale: Run structured tests on audiences, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies — scale what works, cut what doesn't.
Must Haves
3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads in a B2B environment.
Deep proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and HubSpot.
Strong understanding of B2B funnels, conversion tracking, pixel setup, and audience segmentation.
Data-driven mindset: you work with numbers, optimize based on results, and communicate performance clearly.
Fluent English and German
Based in or willing to work hybrid from Luxembourg.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, dental, or SaaS marketing.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or programmatic advertising.
Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.
Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
