Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of sales experience in agricultural machinery or related sector

• Strong understanding of state-wise agri-market dynamics

• Willingness to travel 1520 days a month within the region

• Proven skills in dealer development and performance assessment

• Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams effectively
