Job Role:
A fast-growing international Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultancy with headquarters in DIFC and offices across 9+ countries is looking for a Finance & Accounts Associate to join their Group Finance function in Pakistan.
Location: Pakistan
Reporting to: CFO
What you'll own:
- Financial accounting & bookkeeping across Pakistan office and Group entities
- Month-end closing, trial balances, and management accounts support
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Intercompany invoicing and accounts payable
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Audit support (internal & external)
- VAT / regulatory compliance assistance
Must-haves:
- ACCA, CIMA, or CA (qualified or actively working toward completion)
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience (professional services or multi-entity environment preferred)
- Advanced Excel & ERP experience (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
- Solid IFRS knowledge and audit support experience
- Excellent written & spoken English
Advantageous:
- Master's degree
- Big Four or top-tier professional services background
- UAE/UK VAT knowledge
- Experience supporting a CFO or Group Finance function
