Job Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a global leader in the BPO industry in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting one of the world's most iconic technology brands—the largest search engine globally—you will play a key role in assisting users with product features, e-commerce transactions, software setups, hardware functions, and connectivity troubleshooting. - Work Mode: On-site (Based full-time at a modern, easily accessible, and well-equipped office in central Lisbon).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality omni-channel customer support via phone, email, chat, social media, and dedicated messaging platforms.
- Handle user interactions regarding pre-sales inquiries, general account questions, and technical support requests (troubleshooting software, hardware, and wireless connectivity).
- Maintain a highly consistent, polite, and professional brand tone across all public and private communication channels.
- Manage an individual ticket queue efficiently, ensuring strict adherence to targeted service level expectations (SLAs).
- Coordinate and collaborate with backend engineering and specialized technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Contribute to continuous content optimization by reviewing existing help materials and suggesting internal documentation improvements.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C1 level) paired with a good command of English (B2 level).
- Technical Comfort: Highly comfortable working with computers, internet-based tools, and standard CRM/customer support platforms.
- Core Competencies: Quick problem-solver with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and weekend schedules.
- Experience (Plus): Previous experience in customer care or a BPO setting is considered a distinct advantage.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time hours operating on flexible shift rotations, which include weekend coverage based on project operational demands.
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,100 Gross per month (paid across 12 months).
- Fixed Monthly Bonus: An additional €255 Gross monthly fixed bonus.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (Lunch allowance).

Relocation Support
- For Candidates Outside Portugal:
- Sourcing and placement in a room within a company-managed apartment in Lisbon for 12 months at a fixed, subsidized cost of €280 per month (deducted directly from your salary).
- Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
- For Candidates Inside Portugal:
- The accommodation option is strictly reserved for applicants transitioning directly to the company from an immediate industry competitor.
