We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to operate as a genuine technical 2IC, working alongside our Tech Leads to shape architecture, raise the quality bar and help the engineers around you get better at their craft.

What you'll bring

• Strong software engineering experience and technical leadership capability
• Experience building modern web applications, APIs and cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of technologies such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Spring, PHP or similar
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
• A passion for mentoring, collaboration and continuous learning
• Interest in AI and how it can enhance software development and customer experiences

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, secure and high-performing applications
• Influence architecture and technical direction
• Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practice
• Drive innovation through AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Data teams to deliver customer value
• Improve performance, accessibility and platform reliability
• Contribute to Agile delivery and continuous improvement
