The Role

• Lead financial planning and budgeting.
• Supervise monthly financial closing
• Analyze financial trends and monitor budget achievements.
• Lead preparation of management report and presentations
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g. GAAP, IFRS, tax).
• Drive finance business process improvements and ERP implementation.
• Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management processes.
• Support decision-making across departments with strategic financial analysis and business modeling.
• Lead finance special projects
• Lead, nurture and mentor the finance, accounting and tax team.
