Description
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures.
- Review and approve quality-related documents, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Monitor adherence to quality management systems and procedures.
Quality Control
- Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, fabrication, welding, piping, HVAC, and equipment.
- Verify materials received on site against approved specifications and standards.
- Witness testing activities including hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure, and performance tests.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, records, and quality dossiers.
- Prepare inspection requests and coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
- Review material test certificates, calibration certificates, and vendor documents.
- Prepare final quality turnover packages and project close-out documentation.
Coordination
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
- Attend quality meetings and provide technical support on quality matters.
- Liaise with clients and consultants regarding inspection and testing requirements.
