Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Review and approve quality-related documents, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Monitor adherence to quality management systems and procedures.

Quality Control

• Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, fabrication, welding, piping, HVAC, and equipment.
• Verify materials received on site against approved specifications and standards.
• Witness testing activities including hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure, and performance tests.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QA/QC documentation, records, and quality dossiers.
• Prepare inspection requests and coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
• Review material test certificates, calibration certificates, and vendor documents.
• Prepare final quality turnover packages and project close-out documentation.

Coordination

• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Attend quality meetings and provide technical support on quality matters.
• Liaise with clients and consultants regarding inspection and testing requirements.
