Description

SoCal Volleyball Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our families, athletes in house. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and a positive experience for everyone involved in our club.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and athletes in person
  • Provide accurate information regarding programs, tryouts, clinics, tournaments, and club policies
  • Assist with registration, payments, and account management
  • Support coaches and leadership with administrative tasks
  • Address questions and concerns professionally; escalate issues when appropriate
  • Perform light facility upkeep and cleaning as needed
  • Assist with apparel sales and merchandise management
  • Help foster a welcoming, organized, and positive club environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and online registration platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs
  • Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
