Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented TAK as a Service (TaaS) Program Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead execution, sustainment, modernization, and growth of enterprise TAK capabilities supporting Federal Civilian, Public Safety, Emergency Management, National Security, and Department of War customers. You will provide end-to-end program leadership for a mission-critical software and cloud platform, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and long-term platform evolution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage overall program execution including cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder interface between end users, Parsons leadership, subcontractors, and technical delivery teams
Oversee TAK ecosystem components including TAK Server, ATAK, WinTAK, WebTAK, iTAK, cloud infrastructure, and integrated mission applications
Lead Agile program execution, technical exchanges, demos, sprint reviews, and customer engagement sessions
Manage program financial performance, staffing plans, contract deliverables, and resource allocation
Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and execution blockers across multiple workstreams
Support business growth through customer engagement, solution development, capture support, and proposal activities
Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps functions
Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, reliability, usability, and customer adoption
Required Clearance:
Must be a U.S Citizen
Must possess an active Secret Clearance
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
15+ years of experience supporting Federal Government, Public Safety, National Security, or Defense programs
10+ years of Program Management experience leading software, cloud, or technical programs
Experience managing programs valued at $10M+ annually
Experience leading geographically dispersed or remote technical teams
Experience managing customer relationships and program financial performance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience with TAK ecosystem, geospatial systems, situational awareness platforms, or mission command software
Experience supporting DHS, DOJ, DOI, FEMA, DOE, or DoD customers
Experience with Agile delivery, DevSecOps pipelines, RMF, and ATO processes
PMP certification or equivalent program management certification
AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud certification
Experience leading teams of 20+ personnel across technical and program functions
Experience managing annual program revenue of $15M–$30M
Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud or SaaS environments
Experience leading software modernization or digital transformation initiatives
Experience managing multiple task orders, customers, and delivery streams simultaneously
