Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Scrum Master skills to lead high-impact mobile application delivery projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving digital innovation for our Ultra High Net Worth clients across the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and facilitate Agile squads delivering mobile solutions for Private Wealth Management.

• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs.

• Conduct in-depth business analysis gathering requirements, preparing user stories, defining workflows, and recommending process enhancements.
• Manage full project lifecycle from feasibility and documentation through UAT and implementation support.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Legal to deliver seamless, compliant solutions.
• Champion Agile principles and foster a high-performing, collaborative squad culture.

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years experience in Business Analysis and Agile delivery.

• Proven track record in mobile application delivery (banking, wealth management, or financial services preferred).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-

  solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
