Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketer to lead paid digital programs across channels. This role owns setup, optimization, and analytics for campaigns driving pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid search, social, and display campaigns across platforms.

• Write and test ad copy tied to buyer intent and persona needs.

• Implement ABM programs and nurture journeys across email and paid.

• Leverage automation and AI tools for continuous optimization.

• Track and report on campaign performance across pipeline stages.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English, both written and oral

• 5+ years experience in B2B performance marketing.

• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and retargeting strategies.

• Experience with ABM and full-funnel nurturing.

• Strong copywriting and testing skillset.

• Proficiency in analytics, attribution, and campaign reporting.
