About the Role
Impact you will make
As an Associate Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of our team. This role is instrumental in proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions, and providing valuable insights to support internal teams.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Insurance Discover product, including its lifecycle, value chain, and technical and operational processes required to deliver customer value
- Conduct routine and ad hoc data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic, operational, and product development decisions
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actions that achieve business goals
- Support key initiatives to enhance the Insurance Discover product, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Healthcare Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Data & Analytics role, with a focus on product analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data analysis tools for descriptive and diagnostic analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create compelling visualizations that support data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple data analysis projects concurrently
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of or experience with the healthcare revenue cycle
