About the Role
Join an international customer support team assisting users of a leading global digital platform. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Greece, offering stability, structured training, and long-term career growth in a multicultural environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer experiences while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with bookings, account issues, payments, changes, and cancellations
Resolve customer requests efficiently with a strong customer-first mindset
Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with international remote teams to meet service goals
Candidate Profile
Italian language: C1–C2 level (mandatory)
English: B2 level or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
