Remote (Greece)

About the Role

Join an international customer support team assisting users of a leading global digital platform. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Greece, offering stability, structured training, and long-term career growth in a multicultural environment.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with bookings, account issues, payments, changes, and cancellations

  • Resolve customer requests efficiently with a strong customer-first mindset

  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures

  • Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality standards

  • Collaborate with international remote teams to meet service goals

Candidate Profile


  • Italian language: C1–C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: B2 level or higher

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
