Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the design, build and run of innovative Process Mining assets within an external development setup, in close alignment with the central Celonis function
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, clarify and translate process and data needs into functional requirements for Process Mining developments
• Support workshops and requirement sessions to align on process scope, relevant KPIs/ process performance indicators, and validation criteria
• Operating and further enhancing existing Celonis applications and related assets across the full lifecycle (development, release, and operational maintenance)
• Taking responsibility for monitoring and optimisation of data flows and interfaces from source to consumption, ensuring reliable data availability for solutions
• Continuously optimise operations by challenging ways of working and driving standardization within ITSM processes, increasing the overall setup’s efficiency

The knowledge I own:

Must have

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, or a comparable education with a focus on business/data analytics
• Relevant professional experience in the Data Science/Data Engineering field, including hands-on work on build & run responsibilities
• Profound knowledge in SQL and/or Python programming
• Ability to present complex issues and results clearly, structured, and logically
• Positive mindset and motivation for shaping and accompanying changes with excellent communication skills (Englisch) 

Tech Stack: Celonis, Signavio, LeanIX, ServiceNow, M365 (Microsoft 365), including CoPilot

Nice to have

• Experience with Process Mining software (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, SAP)
• Experience in machine learning or automation solutions
• Experience in IT service management and operations processes (operational concepts, monitoring, troubleshooting)
