MateHR is excited to collaborate with a Scandinavian client known for its modern and challenging projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Back-End Developer based in Riga, to join their dynamic and diverse international development team.

This opportunity offers a full-time, hybrid working arrangement, combining the best of remote flexibility and collaborative in-office engagement.

Your New Role:

• Collaborate closely with an international team focused on developing a sophisticated system.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Serve as a key communicator bridging development needs between cross-functional teams.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of software development experience (Java).
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, open APIs, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, Atlantis, CI/CD setups, and GitHub.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, JUnit, SQL/PostgreSQL,
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
