Task Description / Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support for WMS applications and related systems.
• 
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application/system issues in a timely manner.
• 
  Perform system support and maintenance in Unix/Linux environments.
• 
  Develop, maintain, and enhance Shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• 
  Monitor system performance using tools such as Zabbix.
• 
  Manage code repositories and deployments via GitLab and JFrog.
• 
  Write, analyze, and optimize database queries using Oracle SQL and MySQL.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in application/system support.
• 
  Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and Shell scripting.
• 
  Proficient in Oracle SQL and MySQL query language.
• 
  Familiarity with GitLab, JFrog, and Zabbix monitoring tools.
• 
  Good understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
