ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives across Pureprofile's products, services and audiences.
This role is responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns, content initiatives and customer communications that support business objectives and brand awareness. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, you will help drive campaign performance, customer engagement and acquisition initiatives while contributing to the ongoing evolution of Pureprofile's marketing function.
This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple marketing disciplines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support audience growth, brand awareness and business objectives
- Develop and manage content strategies, campaign messaging and marketing content across digital, email, social and web channels
- Manage campaign planning, execution and reporting, ensuring activity is delivered on time and achieves performance targets
- Develop and optimise audience growth initiatives across paid, owned and earned marketing channels
- Use customer insights, market trends and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial and Creative teams to deliver marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience
- Develop marketing assets, promotional campaigns and acquisition initiatives across key markets
- Monitor and report on campaign and marketing performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and engagement
- Test and optimise marketing activity through performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify new opportunities, channels and marketing approaches to improve audience growth, engagement and campaign performance
ABOUT YOU:
You are a commercially minded marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns and content to life. You are curious, proactive and comfortable balancing creativity with data to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Confident working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product and Commercial teams
Experience and Expertise:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management or content marketing
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and paid media channels
- Experience creating marketing content and customer communications across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of audience growth, campaign management and marketing performance measurement
- Experience using marketing data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent copywriting, content development and communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research and marketing workflows
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in market research, consumer insights or panel-based businesses
- Experience working across multiple regions or global markets
WORK TIMING: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM AEST/AEDT
