In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. ## Tasks
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
* Provide accurate product and service information
* Document interactions and maintain detailed records
* Escalate complex issues when necessary
* Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
## Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
* Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
