We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team and play a key role in supporting the Stannah Group across our UK businesses. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing first-line HR advice and delivering efficient administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves improving processes, and enjoys making a difference to people’s working lives – we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help ensure the smooth running of HR Operations by:

  • Managing key stages of the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and contract management to offboarding and exit interviews.

  • Administering HR processes including contracts, flexible working applications, policy advice, benefits, and employee record management.

  • Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintaining compliance through right-to-work checks, DBS renewals, and GDPR-compliant record keeping.

  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

  • Working collaboratively across HR functions – including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Analytics – to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Assisting with HR projects, note taking, and general administrative tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or distribution environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach – always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

Who you are

  • Calm and professional under pressure.

  • Honest, discreet, and dependable.

  • A supportive and cooperative team player.

  • Culturally aware, respectful, and inclusive.
