We are looking for an experienced Team Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and continuously develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across multiple levels. This is your chance to drive performance across dedicated regions (GBS Gdansk, Männedorf, Triesen, Wattens and Subotica), ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with corporate standards and local requirements.
About the Job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 Talent Acquisition Specialists, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance, engaging team environment
- Provide continuous feedback, training, guidance and support to strengthen both technical and soft skills
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily team operations to ensure seamless and efficient recruitment delivery
- Allocate resources and manage workload distribution based on business priorities, forecasts, and hiring demands
- Ensure service quality, consistency, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Process Excellence & Compliance
- Drive standardization and compliance across recruitment processes, policies, and documentation
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with global Talent Acquisition standards, taking a proactive approach to identify gaps and implement effective, data-driven solutions
- Lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously elevate team capabilities
Recruitment Delivery & Projects
- Take ownership of recruitment peaks and key hiring projects, ensuring proper planning and timely execution
- Lead and support strategic hiring initiatives and workforce planning activities
- Personally manage and deliver recruitment for key and senior roles when required
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for hiring managers, HR, and business stakeholders
- Build strong partnerships across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Balance stakeholder needs with process governance and best practices, while providing flexibility and pragmatic solutions when required to meet business objectives
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, simplify workflows, and enhance the candidate experience, in close collaboration with GPO and Line Manager through ongoing consultancy and partnership
- Partner with global and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices in Talent Acquisition
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- At least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading projects, mentoring, or coordinating teams in a recruitment environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and cultural awareness
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus) and with ServiceNow
- Strong analytical abilities with a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
