Description
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for a platform that has modern way to organize, cleanse, and update data in multiple platforms all in one place.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of Customer Support experience in a software company.
- Has experience in using chat, zoom, or loom videos.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Data SaaS experience will be a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and train people on how to use products over chat or video conference.
- Help customer to solve issues over chat.
- Understanding the product and being able to explain it.
- Will directly reports to the CEO.
