Description

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for a platform that has modern way to organize, cleanse, and update data in multiple platforms all in one place.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of Customer Support experience in a software company.
  • Has experience in using chat, zoom, or loom videos.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Data SaaS experience will be a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and train people on how to use products over chat or video conference.
  • Help customer to solve issues over chat.
  • Understanding the product and being able to explain it.
  • Will directly reports to the CEO.
