About the Role

As the Solutions Architect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design/guide the implementation of Supernova’s SBL platform for our enterprise clients.

The candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. The candidate will oversee the system design as well as the client onboarding process from the technology perspective. To succeed in this role, good understanding of system architectures and business/operation processes are required.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our clients to develop solutions regarding integrations, data migrations, and other custom deployments
  • Create and manage scope of work and detailed project plans for integrations and custom work including timelines and effort estimates
  • Act as the point of contact for offshore team
  • Conduct weekly check-ins and ensure work is delivered within estimated timelines and meets quality standards
  • Work closely with clients and engineers to integrate and implement solutions to ensure custom solutions align with our standard product offering
  • Identify new product features during trials and integrations and draft business cases and feature requests for review by the development and engineering teams
  • Work across multiple teams in the organization to ensure alignment and execution of key projects
  • Conducting technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and infrastructure
  • Identifying and documenting data types, mapping, and conversion requirements (data migration is core to onboarding)
  • Coordinating and designing system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Maintaining system documentation for internal and external use
  • Providing accurate, timely project status and schedule updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services
  • Able to work through ambiguous situations using logic and a high degree of communication
  • Can take complex problems and break them down into simpler pieces
  • Able to rally teams to project completion using diplomacy, empathy and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with system integration architectures and data formats for APIs, message queues, and SFTP/ file-based integrations
  • Financial Services or Securities Base Lending knowledge is a huge plus
