  • Plan and execute community-driven events and activations that align with brand goals.
  • Assess sponsorship and collaboration opportunities for impact and alignment.
  • Represent Basecamp at trade shows, industry associations, and networking events.
  • Work with sustainability partners (e.g. veritree, POW) to activate impact campaigns.

3. Business Development & Sales Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create, manage, and deliver marketing collateral for real estate sales and investor campaigns.
  • Develop campaign briefs for new investment offerings and sales phases—including messaging, channel plans, and creative needs.
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate across teams for timely rollout of promotions, events, and launches.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of printed materials, sales decks, email campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Track ad spend, assist with digital ad buying, and coordinate asset development with design and performance media teams.

6. Planning & Strategy Execution

  • Contribute to the long-term communications roadmap and editorial calendar.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone, audience goals, and core values.
  • Support grant applications, awards submissions, and intern programs as needed.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written and digital communications.

Requirements

  • Experience with influencer marketing and media relations is preferred.
  • Comfortable working across in-person events, digital campaigns, and internal teams.
  • Familiar with PR tools (Muck Rack, Meltwater, etc.) and content management systems (WordPress, Google Drive, ClickUp).
  • Enthusiastic about hospitality, wellness, and outdoor culture.
  • Bonus if experienced in photography, social video capture, or event planning.
