Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Accountant Bidding Officer to manage the financial aspect of tender submissions and bidding documents for local and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial models and cost estimates for bids.
• Analyze and interpret RFP/RFQ requirements and costing templates.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Review bid bonds, bank guarantees, and other financial instruments.
• Assist in post-bid negotiations and cost rationalization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: ACMA (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in bidding or financial planning roles
• Preferred Industry Exposure:
  Construction, infrastructure, telecom
