Key Facts: SAP Project Management, SAP FI/CO, Solution Architecture in Zurich/home office.

Main tasks:

• Lead and manage SAP Finance implementation projects and international S/4HANA rollout initiatives.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions covering core finance and controlling processes.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user training.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and process experts to translate business requirements into scalable SAP template solutions.
• Drive process optimization initiatives by analyzing existing finance processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing best-practice solutions.
• Configure SAP FIN solutions across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Overhead Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and related modules including MM, SD, PP, and QM.
• Coordinate data migration, testing activities, key-user enablement, and go-live support during deployment phases.
• Support ongoing SAP FI/CO operations through change requests, incident management, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners and cross-functional international teams.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with SAP FI/CO in S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle SAP Finance implementation or rollout projects from design through go-live.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling processes including configuration and solution architecture.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, integration testing, user acceptance testing, data migration, and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of financial process flows and SAP integration scenarios across MM, SD, PP, and QM.
• Experience with international ERP template rollouts and standardized global process environments is highly desirable.
• Basic ABAP debugging or reading skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English language skills required; additional European languages are considered beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 30%.
• Hybrid working environment with flexible remote working options.
