We will count on you to:
Dive into the latest HR technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital platforms, to help clients modernize their HR operations.
Collaborate with clients and senior leaders to design and implement digital strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business success.

Conduct research and analyze data to uncover opportunities for digital innovation in talent management, workforce planning, and HR service delivery.

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business, technology, or related fields.
1 – 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
